It's conveniently located near thrilling theme parks, where our kids had a blast riding exhilarating roller coasters and enjoying exciting shows. The hostel's friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The daily cleaning service kept our rooms spotless, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, saving us time and money. Plus, the hostel's proximity to supermarkets and restaurants made it incredibly convenient to find delicious meals for the entire family. We highly recommend Windrose Hostel Istanbul for families looking for a fun-filled and affordable vacation!
For dads, it would be great if the hostel offered a designated play area for children.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ozan the host, was incredibly helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is located in a great area, right next to Taksim Square, so it was easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and I appreciated having my own bathroom and balcony. The hot water in the shower was also a plus.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the room was a bit cold.

We recently had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay. the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi was definitely appreciated. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also great that it was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
Although we had a great time, there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. the room itself was a little basic and could have been cleaner.

My recent stay at Windrose Hostel was fantastic. As a solo female traveler, I was initially concerned about safety and comfort, but my single room with a shared bathroom provided a cozy and secure environment. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a table with a chair, and a large mirror. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, always willing to assist me with any requests. The location was excellent, as it was close to Taksim square, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and the tram station within a 15-minute walk.
